I have been on a health journey since May of 2024. I knew I needed to make changes towards a healthier lifestyle, but how??? I thought I had to overhaul my whole life, stop eating foods I enjoy, and spend hours in the gym. I simply thought incredible results were just not possible for me.
I started working with Nutrition By Michelle in January 2025 in the Sugar Detox challenge. I committed to the first 4 weeks and told myself I would see how it went and then maybe do the continuation. By Week 3, I was signed up to be a Platinum member, and knew this was the program for me!
I am now at the end of the continuation (Week 12) and reflecting on the challenge. In these past 3 months, I have seen and felt more progress than I did in the 8 months before. I am excited to eat the yummy food, there are no arguments in my house about what to have for supper, and I have so much energy! My “I want to fit in these jeans again” jeans are TOO BIG! I am now a better partner, better teacher, and better advocate for myself.
