    November / 2023 - Weight Loss 148 Lbs

     I have completed seven challenges with Nutrition By Michelle. As of this last challenge, I am down 148 pounds and 70 total inches lost. I was introduced to the program by a friend and was immediately hooked. For years and years and years I always said I had to do something, but didn’t know how to start or where to start. With Nutrition By Michelle I love that it was all set out for me with the meal plans and easy to follow recipes. I look at food so differently now.  Do I still love my chips, Yep I do. Do I eat them sometimes, yes I do but that’s OK because with the program you know moderation is best. I will be forever grateful to Michelle and her program for teaching me how to use food to fuel my body for a healthier lifestyle.

    I first joined the Nutrition by Michelle challenge in May of this year and have now completed 3 challenges. I am so thrilled with the results in weight loss but more importantly to me is the difference in the pain level from my arthritis. My joints just don't hurt like they use to which proves that sugar does cause inflammation. I have really enjoyed having my meal and snacks planned out for me and the meals have been delicious. Michelle really knows how to use spices to enhance the flavours in her meals. I highly recommend the Nutrition by Michelle program and look forward to the next challenge.

    December 2023 - Weight Loss 37 lbs

      I started my journey with NBM on September 11, 2023. I weighed just over 260 lbs which was the heaviest I had been I years. My wife did the NBM program in the spring of 2022 and had amazing results. So I decided to do it as well. Michelle and her team make it so easy to plan your meals so you know what you have to eat each day. Whether you follow each as she had it laid out or you do a simple day and keep track of what you are eating it is very simple. Was it always easy?  No. Was it worth the work?  Absolutely!!!  After 12 weeks I now have lots of amazing recipes and more importantly I have the ability to plan my week. At the end of 12 weeks I have lost 37 lbs and 22.75 inches. Thanks NBM for giving me my life back.

    Nutrition By Michelle has been amazing and super eye opening. I struggled to lose weight and change my relationship with food. Then i joined the NBM community and my results were mind blowing! Not only did I lose 30 lbs but I learned so much and the support of Michelle and the group was key! I can't wait for the next challenge!

    December 2023 - Weight Loss 60 Plus lbs

     Early September 2022, I had gone to my doctor to discuss weight loss options in  particular Ozempic, at the same time I was looking into the Nutrition by Michelle program.  I told my doctor I wanted to give this program a try and if it didn’t work out, I would move forward with Ozempic. My journey with Nutrition by Michelle started Fall of 2022, a year later and four challenges in, I have lost 60 plus pounds and have had countless NSV’s, there is no need for Ozempic. Michelle, I cannot thank you enough for such an amazing program. I have not been perfect on this journey, and it hasn’t always been easy, but this is a program that has become my lifestyle. It has taught me that healthy food tastes amazing, food prep makes a difference to your success and thirty minutes of activity every day is doable. I have never felt alone on this program, the Facebook community and the NBM team support is awesome. NBM has given me the tools to be successful and live a healthy lifestyle. Hoping that January will start my journey of maintenance as I continue with NBM.
