The New Year, New You Program Registration is now CLOSED.

Program Details: 

This program will consist of 4 weekly menu plans with step by step instructions. Each week you will be emailed a new menu plan with a full grocery list and 3 new recipes to use based on whole foods nutrition. The program is easy to follow and full of healthy whole foods that taste delicious. The groceries in the program can be found at most local grocery stores. The programs are family friendly and come with food swapping charts in case there is something you have an allergy to or dislike.

You will have access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, get motivation, support each other and learn about nutrition. There are great prizes to be won at the end based on percentage of body weight lost, days you did your exercise, days you drank your water, for motivating & encouraging others on the Facebook page, etc. This program will have an option after you’ve started to continue on for a full 3 months with details to come.
